This file is a duplication of the instructor's actual records. Placing it on the web to be utilized as reference by the student and/or his/her legal guardians. The files will be modified as regularly as possible. For any queries, please contact the sensei. Progress Reports will be filed under comments for your perusal and consideration. All confidential / sensitive details such as Social security numbers, Telephone, email and the like have been removed to ensure confidentiality.

If you are not sure about your username, please contact Sensei Eugene or follow the Password reminder link if you have set up a password reminder in your profile.

Should this be your first time using this portal, then please be aware that your username will be the first part of your email and the password the phone number you signed up with. Please login and change your password to something that will be easier to remember. If you want to change your username, please email me, as I will have to change it manually.
